This post will be a short note for myself in the future and hopefully anybody else that may need to figure out how to request a higher Egress, Ingress, Capacity or IOPS on a Storage Account in Azure.

The Process
- Navigate to Help + support in the Azure Portal.
- Select Azure services in the “What is your issue related to?” input.
- Select Service and subscription limits (quotas) as the Issue type.
- Select your Subscription and then the Storage: Per account limits as the Quota type.
- Click Next to move to the Additional details tab.
- Enter the New limit of whichever capacity metric is required, select the Storage Account and the Location of the Storage Account.
